I've been Gluten Free since Jan. 13, 2006. Recently, I began reviewing Gluten Free products for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Since then, I've gotten a lot of requests for basic GF info and specifically how to thrive without wheat in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Definitely worth trying!
My wife is gluten free. She works for a major grocery chain and got a few from work to try. I don't think they are available to the general public yet. She made the brownies tonight. I am not gluten free, but think these are really really good. Kids who are not gluten free were raving about them too. Normally I'm not too excited about gluten free baked goods, but these are delicious.
I'm looking to buy Betty Crocker's GF Devils Food Cake mix asap. Is there anyone out there who knows where I can buy this in the Dallas area? So far I've bought the other 3 mixes but really need the Devils Food Cake mix. Many thanks.
