Van's Gluten-Free Waffles are not bad

From time to time, convenience wins out and I buy frozen GF treats vs. making my own.  The other day, I found Van's Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free Flax waffles in the freezer aisle at my neighborhood Kroger in Bedford at Central and Harwood.  The waffles themselves are actually pretty healthy for you.  Alas, I added some butter and cinnamon sugar.  Although they are a little crumbly and dry, even with the butter, they taste pretty good and are a lot faster than making your own from scratch!

Glad to hear you enjoyed Van's Gluten Free Waffles. We aim to make our waffles as healhty and delicious as you would at home - so you don't have to sometimes. If you haven't yet, try our Wheat Free Blueberry (made with wholesome whole grains) or Wheat Free Minis (which offer an excellent source of calcium). More info at www.vansintl.com. Here's to a healthy and happy breakfast! -The team at Van's Intl. Foods

I know this is a really old post, but I wanted to let you know that I've found these in the Target frozen section for $1.84 a box. They are not with the regular waffles, but with the healthy/ethnic foods in a back section. I eat these almost every morning!
