I was looking up nutritional info on Wendys.com since I'm always on the lookout for gluten-free food I can get on the road and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have both the calories and ingredients for every item on their menu in a cool interactive format. By the way, chocolate and vanilla frosties are totally gluten free!

I think Wendy's is the best for disclosure of what's in the food. McDonald's is a close second. I love how they list every ingredient in every menu item, plus they tell you what cross-contamination can occur by shared cooking oils/prep spaces. They definitely go above and beyond!
