Favorite Gluten-Free Potato Latke Recipe
The recipe my family traditionally uses calls for a small amount of flour, but this one, which I found on epicurious.com is delicious and doesn't use any flour at all. Do not skip the step of getting the water out of the grated potato. I did this time and was sorry. It was still tasty, but not as phenomenal as the last time I made them. Click here for the recipe.
